Terms of Service

⚠️ Please Read Carefully: These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sketchfy ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Sketchfy mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sketchfy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines posted within the App. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers. You must be at least 13 years of age (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Sketchfy.
2. Description of the Service
Sketchfy is a creative mobile application that provides:
- AI Coloring Book Maker: Transform photos into sketch outlines using on-device AI.
- In-App Coloring: Color your creations digitally with a rich set of tools.
- AR Drawing: Overlay images on your camera to trace onto paper.
- Printable Coloring Books: Save and print your designs.
3. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the security of your device and Apple ID.
- Ensure you have the legal right to use any photos you upload.
- Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws.
- Not create unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to your photos and creations. Sketchfy claims no ownership. Our Content: All App intellectual property — source code, design, AI models, branding — remains the exclusive property of Sketchfy.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
📋 Subscription Terms
- Sketchfy offers auto-renewable subscriptions via the Apple App Store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase confirmation.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Free trials auto-renew to the selected plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must go through Apple Support.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKETCHFY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SKETCHFY BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $50.00 USD.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Stockholm, Sweden.
