Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions for Artio, operated by Peachydev LTD. Payments for Artio are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized payment provider and Merchant of Record. Charges may appear on your bank statement as PADDLE.NET.

1. Subscriptions

Artio is offered as a digital subscription service. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically refund previous payments.

2. Refund Eligibility

Because Artio provides digital content and digital access immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been accessed or used. However, we may approve a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged due to a technical billing error.
  • You were unable to access the product because of a verified technical issue.
  • You accidentally purchased the wrong plan and contacted us shortly after purchase.
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

3. Free Trials and Introductory Offers

If your subscription includes a free trial or introductory offer, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial or promotional period unless you cancel before it ends. It is your responsibility to cancel the subscription before the trial or promotional period expires if you do not want to be charged.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Your Paddle order number or receipt
  • The date of purchase
  • A short explanation of the refund request

You may also manage your subscription or request help through the link provided in your Paddle purchase receipt.

5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed by Paddle back to the original payment method where possible. Refunds may take several business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment method, bank, or card issuer.

6. Abuse Prevention

Peachydev LTD reserves the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, including repeated refund requests, excessive usage of the service before requesting a refund, or violation of our Terms of Service. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
